Alexander County Man Detained

An Alexander County man remains in custody after his arrest last week. 41-year old Robert John Britting of Park LN Drive, Taylorsville, was arrested by Alexander County Sheriff’s Office Deputies on June 23rd. He was charged with assault on a female and crime of domestic violence. He was later charged with violation of his pre-trial release related to pending charges filed in Alexander County for breaking and entering and larceny after breaking and entering.

Bond is listed at $42,000 and as of earlier today, Britting remains in jail.
