53-year old Patrick Rhyne Fox of Taylorsville was arrested Monday by Deputies with the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office. He’s charged with assault on a female, kidnapping and larceny. Fox is being held in the Alexander County Jail without bond. His court appearance is scheduled for Monday, August 21st.
