Danny Mark Pressley, age 57, of NC Highway East, Hiddenite, was arrested by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office Friday morning. He was charged with felony possession of fentanyl. In addition, a warrant for failure to appear was served. Pressley missed a scheduled court appearance on a charge of resisting arrest. A judge has set bond for $20,000 and of this report, Pressley remains in the Alexander County Detention Center.
