Alexander County Sheriff’s Office Deputies arrested 46-year old Rodney Deshaye Rowdy of Tabor City, NC on Monday, July 3rd. He was served Cumberland County, N.C. arrest warrants for sexual battery and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He has been transferred to Cumberland County custody.
