The Lady Cougars jumped out to a 13-5 lead after the opening quarter and cruised to victory.
The score was 30-13 at the half. Freedom cut the Cougar lead to 8 in the third period before AC pulled away.
Freshman Meredith Wike led ACHS with 19. Kirstyn Herman had 7 points and 11 rebounds as did Taylor Roseman from off the bench.
Freedom got 17 points from Sydnie Demiter and 16 from Peyton Caldwell.
Alexander Central is now 16-2 and 3-2 in Northwestern Conference play. Freedom drops to 10-8 and 1-4

The Patriots led wire to wire. The visitors had balanced scoring led by Philly Harris with 16. The Cougars were led by Grayson Presnell with 19.
Freedom is now 14-4 and 4-1 in NWC action. The Cougars slide to 11-6 and 3-2.
