Alexander Central Too Much For Hickory

Alexander Central beat Hickory 16-0 at Central Park in Taylorsville on Monday. Faith Carrigan allowed a pair of hits in the circle and starred at the plate going 3 for 3 including 2 home runs and 6 runs batted in.

The Lady Cougars turned a 4-0 game into a rout scoring 11 runs in the 4th inning. Catcher Kirstyn Herman matched Carrigan with a pair of homers and 4 rbi. Chesney Stikeleather continued her success at the plate this season going 4-4, scoring 3 times, and knocking in one.

ACHS improves to 10-1, 9-1 in Northwestern Conference play.
