The regular season ended Friday with a 12-3 win by Alexander Central over Freedom in Taylorsville.
The Cougars plated 8 runs in the opening inning and cruised.
Maddux Jack earned the win going 4 innings allowing an unearned run.
LF Garrett Barnes went 2-4 (including 2 doubles) and 3 runs batted in to lead ACHS. 3B Avery Cook and 2B Jaret Hoppes both had 2 rbi.
The Cougars conclude the regular season at 19-4 . They share the regular season Northwestern Conference Championship at 8-2 with South Caldwell. The League tournament will begin next week in Granite Falls.
