Hickory Police arrested a Conover man this morning and charged him with felony possession of a stolen motor vehicle. 49-year old Dean Lorne Weaver is being held in the Catawba County Detention Center with a secured bond of $15,000. He is scheduled to make a court appearance today in Newton.
