Hickory Police arrested a Newton woman this morning on failure to appear counts. 37 year old Jossie Jane Lester was cited to missing court dates on charges of felony larceny by an employee, felony probation violation, and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Lester was placed in the Catawba County Detention Center with a secured bond of of $101,000.
