Woman Facing Felony Charges In Alexander County

The Alexander County Sheriff’s Office arrested 44-year old Michelle Masten Stanfill of Burnsville on Friday. She was charged with felony possession of a stolen motor vehicle and felony possession of methamphetamine. She remains in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond of $20,000 and schedule for a Taylorsville court appearance today.

Stanfill has a felony meth possession charge pending in Yancy County and a charge of second-degree trespass yet to be tried in Catawba County.
