34-year old Jessica Lynn Huggins was arrested Tuesday in Alexander County. She was charged with larceny, shoplifting by changing price tag and second-degree trespass. As of this morning, Huggins is longer in custody. A court date is scheduled for September 19th in Taylorsville.
