42-year old Heather Lewis Hicks is facing charges in Alexander County. She was arrested on Saturday, January 15th by Taylorsville Police Officers and Alexander County Sheriff’s Deputies. Hicks is charged with simple assault and resisting a public officer. She is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center under a $2,000 bond. A February 14th court date is scheduled.
