Woman Charged For Violating Terms Of Release

The following is release from the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office:

Last Tuesday December 18th, the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office received a report in regards to 43 year old Christina Davis Jolly contacting a victim in the matter she was previously charged for.

Jolly was out on bond for five (5) counts of Statutory Rape of a Child. Part of the bond restrictions stated she was to have no contact with the victim.

Detective Patrick Dixson of the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office Special Victim’s Unit was assigned to the investigation. Several witnesses were interviewed, and evidence was gathered from various digital sources. This investigation is still ongoing.

Christina Davis Jolly was taken into custody on Thursday, December 27, 2018 and transported to the Iredell County Detention Center where she was issued a 200,000.00 dollar secured bond by Magistrate T. Thompson.
