Ervin Andrew Billings, age 36 of Wilkesboro, was taken into custody in Alexander County on Tuesday and charged with larceny. He was also served with a Wilkes County warrant for shoplifting/concealment of goods. Billings was placed in the Alexander County Jail with bond set at $3,400.
