A fatal fire on Tuesday has been confirmed by the Wilkes County Sheriff’s Office.
61-year old Rebecca Gail Blevins was found deceased inside her apartment home in the Millers Creek Community. Units responded shortly after the noon hour to 306 Green Acres Mill Road.
The Wilkes County Sheriff’s Office, along with the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation and the Office of State Fire Marshall are assisting the Wilkes Fire Marshall’s Office with the investigation.
