Stephanie Marie Proveaux
The Wilkes County Sheriff’s Office says on Saturday, September 21st, Deputies were called to a residence on Damascus Church Road in reference to a stabbing. A male victim suffered a stab wound to a leg and was taken to a hospital then later released. Stephanie Marie Proveaux, age 40 of Wilkesboro was charged with assault with a deadly weapon. She has been released from custody.
