A Taylorsville man was arrested on Friday, March 1st in Alexander County. Dustin Michael Bivens, age 34, was charged by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation-out of county. The warrant was listed from Wilkes County. Bivens is no longer listed in custody.
