Joseph Rae Widener, age 29 of Purlear, was arrested Tuesday evening by Taylorsville Police and charged with second-degree trespass, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Widener is being held as of this morning in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond of $2,000. A March 8th court date is scheduled.
