Patrick Wike, Alexander County Elections Director, was presented with an engraved keepsake box for his almost 12 years of service to the county. Alexander County Commission Vice Chairman Larry Yoder, along with Board of Elections members and staff, attended a special luncheon on Friday, June 20 at Brushy Mountain Golf Club.
Wike was hired in November 2013 as Deputy Director of Elections and was promoted in September 2017 to Director. Wike recently announced his resignation as he has accepted a planning position with the City of High Point.
