Officers were dispatched to a residence in the Hays Community in response to a reported disturbance.

A pursuit followed during which another sheriff’s office patrol vehicle was struck in the front end.
The suspect vehicle became disabled near the intersection of Arbor Grove and Rock Creek Church Roads, where the suspect,40-year old Bradley Ray Dimmette was taken into custody. He was charged with and two counts of assault on a law enforcement officer with a motor vehicle, fleeing to elude arrest and numerous traffic violations.
