Two Hickory Teens Charged With Murder To Be Tried As Adults

Two Hickory teenagers have been indicted on murder charges for a fatal shooting.

Antonio Carlos Harris Jr age 17, and Andrew Jermaine Smith, 17, are each charged with one felony count of first-degree murder in the shooting death of 22-year-old Mason Cole Pridemore. Pridemore was found on February 20th dead in a car in the parking lot of Tabernacle Kids Early Learning Center located at 1405 29th Avenue Drive NE in Hickory.

Harris and Smith will be held without bond until they appear before a district court judge for a bond hearing.
