The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office arrested 62-year old Judy Gaither Nesbit, age 62 of Troutman, on September 19th and charged her with felony harboring a fugitive or escapee. She is no longer listed in custody and is schedule to appear in district court on October 13th in Statesville.
