Three Men Face Burglary Charges

38-year-old Rory Marshall Clark of Lenoir, 33-year-old Charles Wesley Hipps of Morganton, and 37-year-old Larry Arden Riffle of Morganton, were arrested Monday by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Deputies.

They are charged with one felony count of attempted first-degree burglary and two felony counts of possession of burglary tools. The trio was being held in the Caldwell County Detention Center under $100,000 secured bond apiece.
