Three Charged In Catawba County Cocaine Bust

43-year-old Dante Rashaun Ramseur of 27th Avenue Circle NE in Hickory, and 32-year-old Carlos Hernandez-Landeiro and 30-year-old Holly Christine Furlough, both of Madison, Tennessee, were all arrested Monday (February 13) by Catawba County Sheriff’s Officers. Ramseur is charged with two felony county apiece of trafficking in cocaine and conspire to traffic in cocaine along with single felony counts of maintaining a vehicle, dwelling, or place for controlled substance and possession of a firearm by a felon.

In the course of the investigation, officers found six kilos of cocaine, a half-pound of marijuana, a handgun and nearly $3,600 in cash, according to the release.

Hernandez-Landeiro and Furlough were each charged with three counts apiece of conspire to traffic in cocaine. Hernandez-Landeiro is additionally charged with two counts of trafficking in cocaine and one count of maintaining a place for controlled substance. All three suspects were jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility. Bond for Ramseur was set at $1,455,000, Hernandez-Landeiro received a $1,400,000 bond, and Furlough was incarcerated under $1,100,000 bond.

All three suspects were scheduled to appear in District Court today (February 14).
