Dallas Crouse
Crouse is a Taylorsville resident and an Alexander Central Graduate. He graduated from Wilkes Community College with his Associates Degree in Nursing in 2020, and then from Western Carolina University with his Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2022. Crouse is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Nursing Leadership and Administration through Capella University, with plans to graduate this summer. He has been working in healthcare since 2014, and began his career with Catawba in May 2016. In his time with Catawba, Crouse spent five years working on the medical unit and then transitioned to the Internal Resource Team, where he worked for two years. In Dallas’ last year with the Internal Resource Team, he served as the discharge coordinator for the med-surg division. In February of this year, Dallas made the transition to serve as CVMC’s Patient Experience Coordinator.
“It is an honor to serve as the Patient Experience Coordinator for Catawba Valley Medical Center,” Dallas said. “Our mission and values as an organization should be reflected in the experiences of anyone who enters our doors. My goal is to be somebody who makes everybody feel like somebody.”
The Patient Experience Coordinator is responsible for addressing patient suggestions, compliments and concerns, as well as understanding the patient journey and which aspects of the patient experience drive satisfaction, as well as dissatisfaction.
CVMC is proud to be a 2024 Top 100 Hospital for Patient Experience as selected by Women’s Choice Awards. To learn more about CVMC, visit CatawbaValleyHealth.org.
