Taylorsville Woman Held In Catawba County Custody

Phillisia Theighann Propst, age 45, Pine Ridge DR., Taylorsville, is being held in the Catawba County Detention Center. She has been charged with failure to appear on offenses related to a 2023 drug arrest for felony possession of schedule II controlled substance and felony probation. As of this report, Propst remains in the Catawba County Detention Center under a $20,000 secured bond.

A 2026 citation for driving with license revoked in also pending in Burke County.
