30-year old Emma Mae Quinn of Taylorsville was arrested Thursday by Taylorsville Police. She was charged with felony obtaining property by false pretense and has been released on a $1,000 bond. Quinn is scheduled to appear in Alexander County District Court on Monday, December 20th.
