Jessica Roseanne Tysinger, 36, of Safe Haven LN in Taylorsville, has been charged by the Taylorsville Police Department with receiving stolen goods and aid and abet driving while license revoked. She was arrested on Friday and as of earlier today, Tysinger remains in custody with a bond set at $6,000.
