Kristi Watters Keever, age 44 of Fairgrounds Road, is charged with felony possession of methamphetamine, felony probation violation, simple possession of schedule II controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Keever is being held in the Catawba County Detention Center with a listed bond of $40,000.
