Taylorsville Police arrested 22-year old Hollie Lynn Spencer of Taylorsville on Monday. She is charged with felony larceny of a motor vehicle. Spencer has been placed in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond of $15,000. A court date is scheduled of Monday, September 19th.
