A Taylorsville woman charged in the January murder of a woman at a furniture plant in Hickory has been granted a $250,000 bond !
50-year old Tangela Louise Parker and her husband Eric are both under indictment in connection with the shooting death of Michelle Marlow on January 13. They were able to escape capture for six months before being arrested by federal agents in Arizona.Tangela Parker will be ordered to have no contact with her husband and must live with her parents who plan to put up property for her to make the bond. They have not yet completed the bond agreement as of this afternoon.
Parker can only leave the home of her parents for doctor visits, attorney visits and court. She will also be subjected to electronic monitoring.
Eric Parker, age 62, faces an indictment as Accessory after the fact. He’s accused of helping Tangela Parker escape. He has been awarded a $600,000 secured bond.As of 5pm Wednesday, both remained in the Catawba County Detention Facility in Newton.
