Tammy Brown Quinn, age 47 of Taylorsville, was arrested on Tuesday by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office. She was served a warrant from Catawba County for felony identity theft. Quinn has been transferred to the Catawba County Detention Center and is being held under a secured bond of $30,000. A Catawba County District Court appearance is scheduled for today in Newton.
