Heather Nichole Brown, age 37 of Taylorsville, was taken into custody on Wednesday, January 22nd by Taylorsville Police. She was charged with shoplifting and a felony count of possession of methamphetamine. Brown was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center and was scheduled to make a court appearance on Thursday.
