Taylorsville Police continue to investigate an accident that sent two pedestrians to hospitals after they were struck by a vehicle.
As reported earlier, the incident took place at the Taylorsville Post Office on Tuesday shortly before 6pm. The victims have been identified as 69-year-old George Kelly and Amari Miller, age 24. The two were in the parking lot when they were struck by a vehicle driven by a female subject employed by the postal service.
Kelly was airlifted to a regional medical center and Miller was transported to a hospital by Alexander County EMS. No update on the condition of victims has been released.
