Taylorsville Police arrested a Texas man on Friday, January 3rd. Jose Felix Obregon, age 44 of Zapata Texas is charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is being held under a $10,000 secured bond in the Alexander County Jail and is scheduled to appear in district court on Monday.
