Michael Adrian Bennett, age 35 of Taylorsville, was taken into custody Friday morning by Taylorsville Police Officers. He is charged with second-degree trespassing and resisting a public officer. Bennett has been released under a $2,000 secured bond with a court appearance scheduled for June 10th in Alexander County District Court.
