Policarpo Garcia Mendoza, 53, of Wier Circle, Taylorsville, was arrested early Tuesday morning by the Taylorsville Police Department. The charges filed include felony possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. As of this report, Medzoza remains in custody under a secured bond of $10,000.
