Taylorsville Police arrested 28-year old Kenneth Matthew Partee of Taylorsvile on Thursday and charged him with misdemeanor breaking and entering. He remains in the Alexander County Detention Center as of this morning with a bond set at $1,000. Partee has a March 7th court date scheduled.
