On Sunday, Taylorsville Police Officers arrested 26-year old Joshua Ellis Treadway and charged him with assault on a government official and two counts of resisting arrest. Treadway was also charged with felony possession of a mobile device by inmate. He is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center and is scheduled for District Court on March 17th.
