Sara Kathleen Foster, age 39 of Taylorsville, was arrested by the Tayorsville Police Department on Friday. She was charged with driving with license revoked and served with an outstanding warrant for failure to appear. Foster had missed a scheduled court date for possession of schedule II controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $9,000 secured.
