Dwayne Lee Howard, age 42 of Taylorsville, was taken into custody on Monday by the Taylorsville Police Department. He’s charged with second-degree trespass and injury to real property. As of earlier today, Howard remains in the Alexander County Detention Center with a bond set at $5,000. October 9th is listed as a court date.
