Taylorsville Police arrested 32-year old Alexander James Welborn of Stony Point on Thursday, September 19th. He was charged with disorderly conduct and served a warrant for failure to appear. The failure to appear charge was for felony possession of methamphetamine. Welborn is no longer listed in custody.
