BREAKING NEWS: Taylorsville Police Charge Man With Felony Sex Crime

Taylorsville Police arrested 46-year old James Eric Miller of Taylorsville on Tuesday. He’s charged with felony first-degree forcible sex offense, felony assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, assault on a female, assault by strangulation and breaking and entering. Miller is being held without bond in the Alexander County Detention Center.

The investigation is ongoing according to Taylorsville Police Chief Michael Millsaps.

A first court appearance is scheduled for Monday, January 27th.
