As the result of a traffic stop, Taylorsville Police Officers arrested 27-year old Justin Eugene Elder of Taylorsville on Sunday, March 5th. He’s charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Elder has been released under a secured bond of $2,500 and is scheduled for Alexander County District Court on March 27th.
