Cynthia Diane Hayes, age 43 of Hickory, was arrested Saturday by Taylorsville Police. She faces charges of felony habitual larceny, misdemeanor larceny, and second degree trespass. As of this morning Hayes remained in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond of $3,000. She is scheduled for an Alexander County District Court appearance on March 29th.
