Taylorsville Police arrested 21-year old German Guadalupe Vaz-Salazar on Sunday and charged him with felony possession of cocaine. He was also charged with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Salazar has been released with a secured bond of $5,000 and is scheduled for a July 12th court date.
