Taylorsville Police arrested a pair of suspects on Monday.
31-year old Megan Elizabeth Johnson of Taylorsville is charged with felony possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor possession of schedule II and schedule IV controlled substances and possession of drug paraphernalia. She is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center under a secured bond of $15,000. Johnson has a first court appearance set for May 15th.Johnson has a series of previous pending charges in Alexander County that include felony possession obtaining property by false pretense, common law uttering and probation violations both in and out of county.
34-year old Brandon Allan Blevins of Taylorsville is charged with felony possession of methamphetamine, possession of schedule II and schedule IV controlled substances, possession of drug paraphernalia and carrying a concealed weapon. He is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center under a secured bond of $20,000.Blevins is also awaiting trial on a list of previous charges that include driving with license revoked.
