Taylorsville Police Officers arrested 34-year-old Brian Keith Reedy, listed as a homeless person from Taylorsville, on Saturday. He was charged with attempted breaking and entering of a motor vehicle. He is being held in the County Detention Center with a bond set for $3,000.
