Michael Jay Millsaps, age 64 of Taylorsville, was arrested on Friday, September 13th. He is charged with vandalism with damage to personal property, communicating threats and probation violation. Millsaps remains in the Alexander County Jail with bond listed at $10,000. A district court appearance is set for today in Taylorsville.
