Taylorsville Man Serving Suspended Sentence Arrested Again And Released Again

On Tuesday, August 27th, Alexander County Deputies arrested 34-year old Kyle Lewis Icard of Taylorsville. He was served a warrant for probation violation. Icard has been released from custody under a secured bond of $12,000. The suspect is awaiting trial for previous charges in Alexander County for felony possession of methamphetamine, felony possession of schedule II controlled substance, possession of schedule IV controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while license revoked.

Alexander County District and Superior Court dates are scheduled for September 9th, October 7th and November 5th.

Icard is serving a 30-month suspended sentence from 2023 in Catawba County for felony possession of schedule II controlled substance.
